Where possible we use locally produced raw materials, many of which are made by hand using natural products. This inevitably causes variations in colour and design.
Our cards are intentionally left blank for you to add your own message. Many of our cards would be suitable for weddings or corporate use. Please contact us for further details and a quotation.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you purchase 6 cards you will only be charged for 5. This applies for any quantity i.e. if you order 18 cards you will only pay for 15. This discount will be applied at the checkout stage.
Orders of 50 cards or more will be treated as a wholesale order. Please email us to receive wholesale quotation and to check stock availability.
Once you place your order and make your payment through our secure payment system, we will be notified of your order and payment. We will then email you to confirm your order.
When your order has been prepared, packaged and dispatched we will send you an email to inform you.
Some countries place restrictions on what can be imported and sometimes charge duty on imports. Unfortunately we are not able to keep fully aware of the different import requirements by country. We would therefore ask that you would check your country's specific restrictions prior to placing an order with us. Should you have any queries with this, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
We accept debit or credit card payment. Our card payments are processed through Paypal, an online secure payment service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch and Solo.

Shipping And Handling
We aim to process and confirm all orders in 1-2 working days. Items are shipped directly from Thailand and normally are delivered in 7-10 working days. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery within a specified time, however, if you have not received your order after 14 days please email us.
For orders under £5 postage is charged at £1.50. For all orders over £5 postage is free.
If you would like to have your order sent by registered post you can add this option for a small fee at the checkout stage.

All orders are VAT free.

We hope that you will be delighted with the products supplied. However, should any item disappoint you in any way, simply email us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a full refund or exchange.

Hands does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
